Cpl. Tyler Toliver, Marine guard, is sprayed with a potent chemical spray during an OC spray instructor qualification course at Marine Barracks Washington, July 17. The chemical, oleoresin capsicum, produces a burning sensation and many adverse effects when applied to the skin.
