U.S. Marines with Marine Barracks Washington(MBW) fire the canons during an evening parade in MBW, D.C., July 24, 2015. Gen. Joseph F. Dunford Jr., 36th commandant of the Marine Corps, was the official host and Adm. Jonathan W. Greenert, chief of Naval Operations, was the guest of honor. The Evening Parade summer tradition began in 1934, and features the Silent Drill Platoon, the U.S. Marine Band, the U.S. Marine Drumand Bugle Corps alongside two marching companies.
