Col. Paul D. Montanus, commanding officer of Marine Barracks Washington, takes the command colors from SgtMaj. Eric Stockton, Barracks sergeant major, during a change of command ceremony here June 21. Montanus relinquished command of the oldest post of the Corps to Col. Christian Cabaniss.
