1st Sgt. Charles Peoples, Guard Company first sergeant, laughs with a Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors child following a Friday Evening Parade at Marine Barracks Washington May 25. TAPS supporters and members sat in prime, front row seats while they enjoyed the parade. TAPS is a national, non-profit organization made up of, and providing services to, all those who have lost a loved one on active duty with the Armed Forces.
