Maldonado joined the Marine Corps to challenge himself, become an effective leader, and to inspire a new generation. He enjoys the morale built with his Marines and the traditions that instill military discipline. During the Evening Parades, Maldonado can be found as a crowd educator, speaking to guests about Marine Corps and Barracks history.
