Unit Personal and Family Readiness Program
The Unit Personal and Family Readiness Program (UPFRP) provides support to Marines, Sailors, and their families. It is equally as important as individual equipment and combat readiness. The ability of the individual Marine and their family to successfully balance: mission events, life events and career events supported by the enduring partnership between the unit's Family Readiness Command Team and the Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Team results in a high level of readiness.
The Uniformed Readiness Coordinator facilitates the four mission areas of the UPFRP which include Communication, Readiness and Deployment Support, Information and Referral, and Volunteer Management.
