Washington, D.C. - Marines and guests partake in a champagne toast during the retirement and change of command ceremony in honor of Maj. Brian Dix at Marine Barracks Washington, D.C., Dec. 11, 2014. Dix served 13 years as director of "The Commandant's Own," The United States Marine Drum & Bugle Corps. Capt. During the ceremony, Capt. Christopher Hall assumed duties at the fifth director in the unit's 80-year history.
