Washington, D.C. - U.S. Marines with Guard Company, Marine Barracks Washington, D.C., and members of the Arlington County Police Department and D.C. Metropolitan Police Department stand at attention while citations are read for the officers during an award ceremony at the Barracks, Nov. 21, 2016.
